That is a great standard pressure HD load and is usually quite accurate. It also feeds very reliably in most guns.

I am not affiliated with PSA at all but have had good transactions with them in the past.

Not a bad price either in today's environment.

I paid $16.99 a box a while back, maybe 15-18 months ago for this stuff.

It isn't a gee wiz +P or +P+ load but it works.

Palmetto is a good shop to buy from. They have treated me right in the past.

There is so much hoopla about "this is best - that is best and so on, we sometimes get caught up in the 'I gotta have RANGER or GOLD DOT etc etc. Let's face it --- if Joey the Jerk is breaking into your (our) home -- we will be within spitting distance from the guy.

Plugging his butt with Ranger, Gold Dot, Federal or any reasonably well made (major guys) JHP will do SOME damage. "One Stop Shot"? In the real world - how many are there anway? The average NON-LEO is gonna fill the crook with more rounds than some might think was needed - that's why I have a lawyer!

Civilians can go only so far with ammo (sure the LEO ammo is available to us) - BUT being accurate with our weapons is as important as having the latest "magazine mania - FBI - CIA - Homoland Security or local PD rounds" stuffed in our weapons.

Expansion, weight retention, the song that it sings while hitting a vital organ ..... they will ALL do the job IF the VITAL organ is hit.

If I blast a guy in MY home at a max distance of 30 feet, I may not kill him, but the SOB is gonna be hurting. With todays 12 -13 - 15 -17 -20 round mags (sorry California and others) I'll go Federal any day of the week; so I did and again THANKS for the tip.

PSA has done well by me in the past --- especially on SHIPPING. Honest folks IMHO.
