Damn! That's expensive! I bought the last four boxes of WWB 100rd value packs at Wally for $32.97 each. At that price 500 rds would cost $165.00, plus tax of course. My local Wal usually has them in stock so I pick them up as needed but you can't beat $16.50 for each 50 rds of WWB. Better yet, buy the Federal 230gr FMJ for $14.97 each 50 rds. I know that the OP wanted to know about online availability but why buy online at those prices? Where's the deal in the above link? |

Be careful, the notice says bulk or heavy items will still incur extra shipping charges. Not sure if 500rds qualify as heavy, but .45acp cant be far off.

There was no additional charge for heavy orders and total shipping was really $ 5. Maybe a bit expensive, but this ammo is IN STOCK and will ship next week.
My experience finding ammo at Wal*Mart has been bare shelves at all our local Wal*Mart. Be thankful you can find 45 ammo at that great price. Dr. Dick Davis |

Oh, you bet I am!  Just got back from picking up another 300 rounds from a different Wally about 20 miles away! $1.00 more per box but it's worth the drive. They've got more than I can shake a stick at just twenty minutes up the road. I'm thinking of raiding their 9mm value pack supply tomorrow.  |

I did my homework and have a lot of rounds in every caliber I shoot. I recommend hanging out at Wal Mart and taking advantage of the good prices.

yesterday i had gone to walmart and scored 3 100 round wwb 380, 2 wwb 100 round 45acp and 1 wwb 100 round 9mm
that was the best score i have had in a couple months. |

Double Tap ammo is always in stock... albeit, pricey. Nothing is hotter though. 230gr at over 1010fps.

The Cabelas ammo is backordered right now. Like some of the others, I have had a hard time finding ammo in stock at Walmart so I grabbed 500 rounds for $205 as well. I figure after tax buying local (if I could even find it) it's only a couple of bucks more per box. I can wait for it to come.

Ordered another 500 rounds of WWB 45 auto from Cabela's on 10/07/09. It arrived today express shipping for $ 5.
Admittedly more expensive than Wal*Mart, but you don't have to make daily trips to Wal*Mart only to find someone else has beat you there. Dr. Dick Davis |
