Regular Wolf doesn't have steel in the bullet. Everything I shoot at my range flashes when it hits the backstop.

I've got a p228 thats got about 20,000 of steel cased wolf throught it and its still fine. If you dont want your pistol to wear out dont ever shoot it.
If you have an Academy Sports near you, in today's paper they are showing Winchester White Box 115 grain for $8.50 a box, limit 20 boxes. I know which one I'd rather shoot.
