Well I'll be, the last time I checked they had removed it for immediate family, but I do believe you are correct. It does not appear to have made it to the final bill. Can we all say grey market. |

Yes this state sucks.... The libs own it and out vote us at every turn. I wish they would have split the state in two years ago and then the south end could stew in it's own juices and not drag us down with them. There are a few gun people in the south end though but like us up in the north end they are out voted always.
I used to like this state... 4th generation...grandma crossed the US in a covered wagon and everything ... but I sure wish the family had settled some where else. ***If I lived in a free state, I could own guns like you*** |

I don't think you or your relatives settled in the wrong state, California is a nice place. Ocean, mountains, sunshine etc. Your fellow citizen just kept electing the wrong people over and over again, until you have the laws, policies and atmosphere you have now. This should be a lesson to the rest of the country, keep electing elitist idiots who "know better than you" what is good for you and we will all live in a country governed like California. If guns cause crime, mine must all be defective... |

California???? If I were to move to California, I would have to sell over 50% of my rifles, pistols, shotguns (lets not talk about gun magazines). Alaska is the place for those that are law abiding, gun loving, tax hating, legal Americans. Here, any non-felon, non dishonorable discharged vet, can carry concealed, without a permit (but the CCW allows you to carry CCW in other states).
