Should I name the vendor?

I ordered and received a broken fishing rod. After many cordial emails, I'm being ignored . No communication is getting replied to. I'd like to post this in What's your deal and out the company. I know this is frowned on without permission.
I'll just beef generally if not.

Is it a forum vendor? If it is, have you contacted Para?
