I put a photo on Photobucket site in library. Made sure it was sized (60X46). Copied the link. Pasted it in the custom avatar link box but when uploaded I get message that the link is not accessible? What am I missing? Cheers Ya'll Ted A Hamilton (aka) Salvo Jimmy Salvo NC / Hampton VA P229 (40/357) 1998 9/40/357 brls 9 mm is BarSto drop in 22LR. Does the link you pasted look like mine? I forget how or which sharing link to use. My guess is use the "Direct" Link shown in the second picture. ![]() ![]() "It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. didn't work. Mine looks like yours but comes out .com/user instead of .com/albums. I'll keep trying being new to photobucket. I'll give it a try. is this it? <IMG[/IMG] Edit- Nope I'm doing something wrong. I think you need to click on the share option but it's not available in the share box shown for your album. Hmmm! Edit- Damn Photobucket sucks big donkey balls anymore! When you hear gunshots, you know what time it is. | |||

Yep that is the photo. I think I set up sharing on photobucket correctly. Then I copied the link from the sharing box for HTML and pasted to sig avatar. Still says link not accessible. Well, I tried again. This time when I clicked on the direct link in share, and instead of it blueing out where I used ctrl c to copy, it gave me a "copied" message. Then using ctrl v to paste into avatar, it worked. Go figure Cheers Ya'll Ted A Hamilton (aka) Salvo Jimmy Salvo NC / Hampton VA P229 (40/357) 1998 9/40/357 brls 9 mm is BarSto drop in 22LR. One last thing, be sure the size of the picture you're using is 60 x 60. People on smart phones get affected by big pictures.
