Hello Para/LBJ,

I was just curious if we might re-open the ability to post political threads before the election. I completely agree that 10 months of them might have been a bit too much, but as we are approaching the election I was not sure if the ban might be lifted.

I do not watch the news, mainly because I live in Memphis where they just report one murder after the next which tends to be a bit depressing. I get 99% of the news from the sig forum, the other 1% is on the AOL homepage when I check my mail on occasion. So re-opening the political threads would actually keep me in the loop regarding current events with the two prime candidates.

You're using AOL and still get depressed about murders on the news in Memphis? When I was stuck with AOL, I could eat babies without blinking.
