10 stage IDPA match today.
Dropped out a little early due to heat. Still was a good time though.

10 stages is a bit much for a club match, especially in the heat that plagues much of the country right now. We did a 4 stage today. I was out there at 5:30 to set up two of them. The match started at 8:00, and we were finished and all torn down by 11:00. 100 degrees when we quit.

We had a club match today in central Fl. We shot 6 stages and a Red, White and Blue steel stage for 4th of July for a total of 7 stages. It was H O T. Temps were in the mid to upper 90s.
We had several shooters DNF.

I notice Floyd wearing his vest. Here in AZ, for club matches (level 1) only, when it is especially hot like it is now, the MD will make concealment optional. Do your clubs in other Southern states do the same?

If the stage description requires it you have to wear cover at our matches.
