Below is a sampling of the pics from the 2008 Steel Challenge World Speed Shooting Championships. KC Eusebio of the U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit won with a time of 79.16 seconds. This is the second time Eusebio has won the match and, along with Max Michel's 2007 and 2005 wins, the third time the AMU has won in the last four years. - ERHARDT

Cool!

Thanks for sharing.

So was there $30K up for grabs again this year for whoever broke the 80 second mark?

Yes, that's Randi Rogers of Team Glock....

which begs the question where was Jessie Abbate (sp?)?

I wouldn't mind seeing some pictures of her.

That picture of Angus Hobdell is classic! (the guy in the CZ shirt).

When I was RO'ing the Single Stack Classic, we had some time to kill while the super squad was about to step on our stage.

I said something like:

"I hear Taran Butler does really good impersonations."

Angus piped up with, "I do a really good Todd Jarret. You wanna hear it?"

"Sure!"

So Angus even with his accent proceeds to do a Todd Jarret impression and he nailed it spot on.

It was hilarious.

Big Grin

So knowing a little bit about Angus I just know there has to be some sort of story behind his expression up above.

LOL!

As luck would have it, I had the pleasure of squading with Randi at the Steel Challange held at Weld County this summer. She is a great squad-mate. Incredibly unassuming, modest, helpful and a great shooter of course. Absolutely top class.
