Thanks for posting this.
I couldn't wait and found a AirBNB cottage in town for $75 a night. Smile

Make it totally clear to anyone standing at the wrong end that things are going badly for them. If that means sticking all sort of spikes and prongs and blackened bits all over it then so be it. This is not a gun for hanging over the fireplace or sticking in the umbrella stand, it is a gun for going out and making people miserable with." -Douglas Adams

Regarding ammo and recoil springs:

I was only able to get half a case of the low-recoil ammo that I prefer and the P320F9 likes.
The rest will be NATO spec. I'm bringing one 15lb 1911 recoil spring (well broken in), one new 15lb and one new 16.5lb. Should that selection handle the ammo or should I order one more heavier recoil spring?

From the other thread about recoil springs and muzzle dip, I know you have done some testing.

What do you think?

If by NATO spec you mean something like the 124 winchester at 1140 ft/sec then that 16.5 will do. It is only about 140 power factor. I load shoot 133 on a 15lb spring. That being said, MOAC is high round count. Lighter the better so you can get the most out of the training and not need to worry as much about hands. Fed 147 blazer 115. All pretty light.

That sounds about right. I couldn't get the lightest stuff in 4,000 round quantity so I got what I could. I'll bring the 16.5 lb and the stock recoil spring assembly. That should cover it.
I changed the extractor assembly today and the extraction issues disappeared.
I'll have it dialed in by October Wink

Hello, We shipped 20 steel targets sets for the MOAC Kentucky event last week. You are gonna need a stack of 2x4s and a couple adjustable wrenches. Thanks for the order.
Have fun, shoot safe, Karl @ GT

Looks like the weather may break by MOAC. Right now, weather is in the mid to upper 80s. Looks like 10 degrees may drop off by then.

Fingers crossed.

Look for more information in the next couple of days in this thread.

One week from today, fellas. This class has been full for the last nine months. Almost half of those enrolled have taken the course once, and a large number have taken it twice.

About time to get it on. Wink

Never to late. 20 minutes a day till showtime will definitely make a difference.

5 min draws no trigger
5 min bump drill
5 min strong and support only trigger control
5 min draw fire one

Or whatever you want to clean up.

Bruce,
The email was sent on Oct. 5 at about 2:30 p.m. Can you check your spam filter? There was also an email sent to you on Oct. 3 at about 11:15. Both are showing as delivered, but not opened.

The last email you opened from us was sent to you on Sept. 29 and you opened that one - about the fire at PSS.

I'm sending both again.
