Anyone using a shooter's log to record and track their improvement at the range?

I'm looking for something for handgun practice.

Any suggestions for format, method, tools, etc?

I don't really keep a log. I've shot a bunch of different drills enough I know my clean times, slowly chip away.... I'll pick a single drill to shoot at the end of the session, for example a Bill Drill, note the time. Next range session start (no dry firing...) with a Bill Drill try to match my "warm" time. I believe what I do cold is a true measurement of my skill.
