Interesting newsletter. So the main crux of the lead article: point shooting = bad, but better than nothing, nothing being the crappiest handgun sights in the world.

An annual allotment of 36 rounds of ammunition for training and requalification??!! How on earth could anyone pass, then I read that qualification standard was 50% or more hits anywhere on a life-size silhouette target 2 and 4 yards away.
