Well, the wait did not kill me after all. One day after joining the Sig forum to inquire about possible wait times on the corona gun shortage/factory production, my dream pistol came in. See what I did there it's my nightstand gun. Get it? Dream pistol? Never mind I digress.
Anyway I took it to my indoor range today and zeroed the red dot at 10 yards. It wasn't that far off but a couple of tweaks with the special little tool they give you had me shooting a fist size hole at 30 feet. Then after getting home and cleaning and lubing I cowitnessed my laser dot from the XC2 at 30 feet so that now at that range both red dots combined into one.
This is my first P226 and I really like it. It was well worth the wait.
