I don't want to be entered but I do have a pretty cool story.

Back in the Vietnam war my dad and one of his best friends lost touch after coming back home.

Fast forward 30 years and their sons both Marines meet by chance at the rifle range in Okinawa. Long story, but we were able to reunite our Marine dads. All because Steve, happen to ask me "PIEDRA... are you from New Mexico? My dads best friend in Vietnam was PIEDRA...."
Shortly after they were able to catch up and have become closer than ever.

Once again another phenomenal Karma from a standup SigForum member.

I grew up a military brat with my stepdad being in the Navy, and my Grandfather was a Pearl Harbor survivor, WW2 Marine veteran.

I currently am a civilian Army employee in the ballistic laboratory doing production control and prototype ballistic testing on ground vehicle armor.
