I agree totally. I prefer my Sigs in business dress, like those P210-2 models. Nothing fancy, just business.

I hope I can make it across the border. I hope to see my friend and shake his hand. I hope the Pacific is as blue as it has been in my dreams. I hope.

They have all the SIG military P49's incorrectly identified as either P210-1's or P210-2's. The P49's all have serial numbers that start with the letter "A".

The cream of the group are the Swedish Series SP 47/8, the P210-3, and the P210-7.

Don't be surprised if those prices are a little high when things get sorted out. The gun market right now is VERY soft. Particularly in high end pistols, there just aren't a lot of buyers right now. I'd probably be a buyer at about $1500 for one of the plain jane models, but I think that's a little unrealistic. I do think it will be interesting to see what these pistols actually end up selling for.

The interest in the 210 has never been huge. Average price for a 210 has always been strong. The best way to get one for close to $1k has always been one of the military pistols.

Arc.

Going back to the '60s the 210-2 has all ways been about 4 times the price of a Colt Government model. Not cheap then-not cheap now!
The best deal was probably the Danish models. Will
