UPDATE: And thanks for your input!

Well I found a very nice p6 today. in about 90% with a new holster, the p6 manual in German blue box and 2 mags. In addition my gunshop had 2 like new Sig mags at $23. ea. hanging on the wall I couldn't get my money out fast enough. Wish they had more I got em all. Found 2 other new Sig mags at a place down the street and even still in the box sig boxes at $38 ea. Purchased all they had. Now I've got 6 mags including the 2 that come with the p6. Prob overkill but get em while you can I guess.
Paid a bit more for the gun at $349. the barrel feed ramp is still blued no to little wear. The 239 I shot last night was great but somehow the p6 fits my hand best and feels well balanced to me more so than the 239. The trigger pull is not as nice on the p6 but that can be changed right? I'm 10 days and counting till I can show a picture. My thanks for all your input. My first Sig. Smile I couldn't be happier!
Now for a 220 in .45ACP, is this a sickness that can be cured? Wink

Congrats... I wish I would have picked one up, but I bought another model instead. I think you will enjoy it very much.

I also love the P220 and the P226. Sigs are very addictive and now they are the only pistols brand I own!!

Sounds like you did well. Enjoy. My P225 is a tack driver. It amazes me each time I shoot it.

You did good. Welcome to the Signess. It can be cured, but does get expensive. You'll love the 220 as well. Ed

Sigs - Yes, I would like more

Nope. I think I'm dying with it. It makes me fat.

Congrats Ranger, you did good with the P6, a good choice and it will serve you well, plus, the many add-ons that are out there for them! I had mine refinished at CCR, a trigger job, a short trigger, a p225 hammer and pachmayr grips...oh yea, and the night sights Wink But then again, they're just fine the way they come, I just like to tweak things a bit.
