Same here . I was hoping with the holiday now over that I'd get my shipping label today but as usual I got nothing. It's over 2 months for me.

+1, I was just thinking the same thing...

Have you called them to verify that it hasn't been sent yet? Remember it doesn't come from SIG, it comes from FedEx so you might have deleted the email like I did originally. Once I found the email I had mine back in 13 days.

Just got mine back this afternoon.

about a 2 week turn around but it took 6 days to get here due to the holiday...they send it out last Wednesday, so it had to suffer through thanksgiving and the weekend in transit.

I've only been able to dry fire it, but the trigger does feel nicer. There is a bit of grit in the takeup, but the press and let off are both smoother and lighter.

The feel of the trigger is different due to the contour and it looks strange with the hollowed out back. I like that it covers the front of the opening in the frame...my original didn't.

The machining inside the slide is very clean and the new parts are nicely polished

No I haven't called them but I look real carefully at anything from Sig or Fed Ex. I'll just ride it out. If it doesn't happen soon I just assume they wait until after the Christmas holidays. I have plans and I sure don't want this to mess my plans up of going out of town for a few days. I'll keep it updated as I know anything.

I didn't get mine registered for the ungrade until the 2nd day but got my return email on 10-31. I was busy at work and live 50 miles from nearest Fed-Ex drop off so it was 11-11 before I could it boxed up and dropped off which means it did not ship until the 13th. On 11-22 the email telling me my 320 was being shipped back arrived but with the holidays it did not arrive until yesterday.

I haven't had time take to the range yet but trigger feels great.

I bet they sent you that email RMA a long time ago. Call them.

The emails containing the RMA labels for my two pistols came from SIG Sauer, not Fed Ex.

The address from which the emails were sent was 320UPGRADE@SIGSAUER.COM.

In addition to the RMA label, the emails contained instructions for packing and shipping.

When my first pistol was shipped back from SIG, the shipping notification email also came from SIG Sauer, not Fed Ex. The sending email address in that case was SigSauer-ShipNotify@sigsauer.com.

What date?

Maybe they changed it to fix the chaos.

I was told, and my email demonstrated, that the emails were sourced directly from FedEx and SIG Customer Service was awash in calls from folks like me asking where our RMA's were. CS told me they had to continually instruct folks to search their emails and most found the emails had been sent...just not from SIG.

Maybe they fixed that with later correspondence.

I registered the first day of the program.

I got my RMA# from P320UPGRADE@SIGSAUER on 10/17 @1511hrs

I then received my shipping label from FedEx @ 1523hrs

I didn't get it packed up and sent out until 11/11

Received notice of return from SigSauer-ShipNotify on 11/22...so they had it about a week

Sounds like our pistols were in the same batch...but I took longer to get mine sent in after getting the label Wink

I registered my two P320 pistols for the upgrade on the morning of the first day it was possible to do so, some time back in mid August. I received the emails from SIG with the RMA labels for both on the same day, which was October 13. I was out of town that week and did not see them until about a week later. I decided to send the pistols in one at a time and judge the results of the upgrade of the first before deciding to send in the second.

The first pistol went to SIG shipped on October 20th from my local Fed Ex center. It came back to me on November 14. I shipped the second pistol in on November 17 and it was received by SIG on the morning of November 20. I have not heard anything from them as yet. Other individuals with exactly the same model of pistol as my second one (P320 9mm compact) whose pistols were received by SIG after November 20 have already gotten theirs back.

Their seems to be little fathomable rhyme or reason to the upgrade process.

Yes, that is the correct automated response.

Soon is relative, 3 weeks isn't a long time. You'll eventually get the email containing the RMA

I'm not to worried about it. At least I'm receiving the update emails so I know they haven't forgotten me and thanking me for my patience's.
I got a email from Fed Ex today thinking it was it but it was about something else we had ordered.
You guys that registered it on the first day and still haven't gotten them. I didn't register mine until about 9/13. So at this rate I might not see it until next year but they did say they would be sending the shipping labels out in Oct and Nov.

I check my emails every AM and afternoon if I'm going to be here or not.
It's not a big deal to me and when they get around to it I'm ready.
