I'd get a set of the original bar-dot sights. They stand out well enough and they're very fast.

I also don't like the original grips. I find the texture to be way too aggressive. I'm looking for another option myself. I really don't want to spend $100+. I'm currently using a set of hogue rubber grips but they're not very good and I wouldn't recommend them.
