how did you get the other calibers in OD? Did you just swap out frames and part or something with the combat models?

Beautiful trio. I'm guessing they didn't make too many of those 229 in OD. Are the internals coated or no?

I like shooting Sigs and I cannot lie..

Very nice. Would you say the finish and color of the P229 is the same as that on the P220 and P226?

Very nic. I have two of them and can't wait to get the 226. They look cool and no pistol fits my hand as well as a short triggered P226.

Man, that is a great collection. I would love to see a picture of it with the P220 and P226 Combats wearing black grips. I've been planning on getting the P226 Combat to add to my P220 Combat... I hadn't even thought of trying to find a P229. Opening this thread just cost me some money Mad

Though, the Combats are FDE correct??? Wink

That is correct. My 229 says OD on the box, the color is different than the FDE.

yes, nice trio there.

There was an OD P229R on the shelf of the local gunshop that I fondled much before it got sold.

I wanted it, but wanted it in 9mm.

I also want a factory threaded barrel for the P229 9mm. A redesigned P229 slide matching the P226/220 milled slides.

RLTW!
