That depends on which version you're asking about. However, including an empty mag, the base 220 Carry (DAK) weighs in at 30.4 ounces, while the 220 Carry Elite Stainless is a whopping 39.1 ounces.

Although it sometimes includes discrepancies in the data, you might check out Sig's official info on the Sig P220 web page.

I did check the site. The did not have the weight listed for the DA/SA P220 Carry.

Thanks though, 30.4 should be close enough I would think.

Sig P220 Carry DAK
.45 ACP - 8 Round Mag

According to my Pelouze 5# scale, this gun weighs 31.4 ounces in it's unloaded condition.

The same gun loaded with 9 rounds of 165gr Federal Hydra-Shok's weighs in at 36.7 ounces. (add the weight empty plus the weight of 9 rounds of ammo)

Above all, we must realize that no arsenal, or no weapon in the arsenals of the world, is so formidable as the will and moral courage of free men and women. It is a weapon our adversaries in today's world do not have. It is a weapon that we as Americans do have. Let that be understood by those who practice terrorism and prey upon their neighbors. - Ronald Reagan, Inaugural Address, January 20, 1981

You're right: they don't list a weight for the DA/SA version! How odd... You might want to point out that omission to them.

I didn't check the weights for all the 220s, though, since you didn't specify which model you were asking about. I merely provided a range of weights.

Anyone here carry their pistol? Would an extra 6-7 oz in weight over my current carry be noticeable?

Get a GOOD belt, (1.5" double at least)it makes all the difference, beltman, galco or lots of others. Follow that with a good holsters and you are golden. When the weight of the gun is well supported you will not even notice that you are carrying...
