Now, either I'm dumb, or the only difference is one is shipped with 15 rounders or 10. Is this the only difference? I understand that different parts would mean different numbers, but I thought SKU's stayed the same unless it was a completely different part.

That's the only difference. The "E" stands for full capacity. No "E" = commie state gun.
