I also have had a P32 for many years, purchased mine in 2000. The only issues I've had were with the +2 extensions and 1 mag full of rimlocked Silvertips. Oh, yeah I also had to use an x-acto knife and emery board to remove the sharp mold seam. Crimson Trace took care of the (lack of) sites.

Added several things to my P32.

The Good;
Talon rubber grips.
I wanted to situate them exactly where I preferred and over the course of four days and five attempts got them just right.
Note: These can be reinstalled, just peel carefully, don't touch the sticky surface and follow the initial install directions.
They definitely make a difference in alleviating any remaining sharp points on the stock grip.

The Bad;
Sticky SM2 holster.
It is not very 'sticky' (compared to Remora) and often will come out of the pocket when drawing the pistol.
Also does not allow enough room between the pistol grip and the upper seam of the holster, hence one cannot even pop the holster off with their middle finger when drawing the pistol.

Other Good:
Due to the above issues with the Sticky holster, I modified a stock SIG P238 leather holster to fit the P32 (it was WAY too tight for the P938).
Makes a nice back pocket holster.

I only got around to reading this thread today, and I vouch for the Northwood Trigger.
I installed one in my PF9, and improved trigger feel, and pull. I traded my 3AT for the PF9, but if I had kept the KT 3AT, I would have installed the Northwood Trigger kit.

I ordered some PPU 71gr JHPs to try in the P32.
These are supposed to have very long AOLs similar to the OALs of 71gr FMJ.

I will try them out and post back when they arrive.

The OALs on the PPU 32ACP JHPs is 0.970.

That is the same or longer that some brands' FMJs.
Whether these really expand is unknown, but based on the OALs, rimlock and failure to feed should not be a problem.

That is a lot longer than the Underwood/Lehigh ammo I mentioned earlier in this thread.
The OAL for that ammo is 0.938"
So far no issues with rimlock or any other malfunctions.

Update to the Sticky holster issue:
I cut up some old blue jean material and stuffed it into the muzzle end of the Sticky holster to act as a spacer.
When in my pocket, the holster now works like it is supposed to.

I have never had a problem with PPU rifle ammuntion.

However, both the PPU JHP and FMJ were nothing but cycling problems in my KelTec P32 today at the range. Spent cases were caught when the slide attempted to close, my face was being hit by burning powder, and the spent cases were entrely blackened.

I shot some Fiocchi FMJ and it functioned perfectly.

I am sticking with the Fiocchi 71gr FMJ from now on.
I can count on it.

I am shocked about what happened.
I have shot plenty of the PPU 5.56 and 7.62X54 and that ammuntion is stellar.
Not so with 32ACP in my KelTec P32.

To date, I had only tried the Fiocchi and Underwood ammo.
You saved me some money since I now wont be trying the PPU ammo.

These P-32's seem to be extremely picky about ammo.

I've only ever had good luck with the Fiocchi and S&B FMJ.

The S&B is my go-to carry and practice ammo strictly now as it seems just a hair hotter than the Fiocchi to me.

My Seecamp runs fine with the Winchester white box as well as Hornady Critical Defense. I'm with lbj, I like PPU but my Seecamp didn't like it that well either. I'll try to measure the OAL of both of those after work tonight.
