My P225 is M675 875 It's marked German Police Pistol on the left side of the slide and Made in Germany on the right. Is the date of mfg. 2009?

I have a P220 carry two-tone stainless with the checkered aluminum grips found on Platinum Elites .ser. G 385 779 . Sig customer service tells me any one could purchase these grips back when they were available . A friend called Sig as soon as he saw my grips to order and was told they could only be " hand fitted " through the Sig Custom shop . That ser. supposedly is March 2007 . The first time I talked to them I was told it was April 2007

I'm hoping someone might be able to help me here. The P226 that I'm looking at is all stainless and doesn't have any roll marks on the frame. The prefix for the SN is UU-62. I do not have the full serial number yet but I might be able to get it from the seller before I purchase it.
