I am aware that Grayguns used to offer a guide rod replacement and there is a current offering from another company, but did Sig itself ever offer a replacement stainless guide rod for the Sig Pro/SP2022 pistol?

Thanks in advance

Not that I am aware of.

The poly guide rod on my SP2022 is working fine at over 5000 rounds now. It got a bit chewed up early on but after that has not gotten any worse in at least a couple thousands rounds now.

Nope, but I bought one of the original models Wayne made (link in GaryBF's post) probably 10+ years ago and would recommend it if you feel the need to change from the plastic OEM unit.
