I can not find the serial number G 267xxx in any sig p220 list. Can anyone help?

According to this list, I believe it may be a 1996. FWIW, this is hands down my favorite era for the P-220.

Thank you for this site; however, the list goes from G263xxx to G273xxx, and I assume it's meant to be inclusive. If this is correct, I'd be interested in knowing why this is your favorite era.

Although just my opinion (shared by many), the mid 90's P-220's are the best. There were very few options and very few problems with this era. This was after a few changes were made to the model, to make it stronger and safer, not that I consider earlier versions inadequate, it was just made better.

I have owned and continue to own a few P-220's, in a variety of calibers, sizes and finishes.

If you were to place all of the P-220's I have owned on a table, including the Legion I bought last year, and told me I can only have one, it would be my mid 90's. No rail, no tail, just honest to goodness P-220.

it's a .45 and very accurate for everyone who has shot it; expensive to shoot and large for carry, but still nice.
