On another firearms forum, I saw a complaint that the P210 has a longish reset. Specifically, the P210A, but there was a subsequent comment that the reset length of the Swiss and German P210s was the same.

The poster said that he had experienced reset failures that he initially attributed to a pistol malfunction, but he later decided that the problem was the result of not letting the trigger return sufficiently far forward. He was used to the reset length of his P226 SAO Legion.

Is it correct that the P210 has a longish reset?

Yes of course it's. It's a two stage trigger. It's completly different form a SIGSauer trigger and a feature that defines the P210.
