Brownells only recently got into the retail side of things. So the fact that they don't have anyone to install parts for customers isn't unusual. As primary market in the past was always gunsmiths, and gun shops via mail order.

Maybe with their retail operation matures they might start offering gun smithing services. They certainly have people that have the skills.
