My EDC is a 229R in 357Sig. I also carry a 226, but not in 357. This round can be a little snappy, especially if you're a newer shooter. I'd love to shoot 357Sig through a 226, especially an ST, as the extra frame weight should help with recoil and coming back onto target. The 226 also has a longer sight radius, which will aid in accuracy.

P226ST. For carry, I like the P229 and P239 in .357 SIG.

I have and like my Glock 32, but would probably lean toward an older Sig 229 non rail if I was going to have just one .357 Sig. I dunno, flip a coin. If you like a Glock 19, you'd like the 32.

I have more holster options for my Sig 228 than Glock 19/23/32 and that would be a small factor in my decision.

Never thought about a CZ, as I didn't know they had a .357 Sig option till now! I am searching and learning as I type this. Steyr M357 would be cool as a fan too, but where do you find one?

I can't compare it to the P229 as my 229 is .40 but my 2022 is my only .357 and I like it so much that my next handgun will definitely be in .357SIG. The 2022 handles the round very nicely.

They have a beautiful, almost perfect condition non-rail 229 in 357Sig at the local place. They want $709 consignment moneys for it though. It seriously does look new in and out though.

I vote 229

I have to admit the two guns in which I most enjoyed shooting .357sig was a P226ST and a P229ST. The all stainless guns take some of the sharpness out of the recoil.

Another vote for the P226 Stainless. This is one gun I'll keep and pass on to my son. Gary
