With both, the Scorpion and the AXG black grip Module using an X Carry slide and FCU, there is wobble at the muzzle, up and down and side to side. Does anyone know how to tighten this movement? It doesn’t really affect shooting but it is disconcerting.

Because the movement up and down side to side at the muzzle. I feel it should be tighter.

That is a function of the slide to FCU fit. It has nothing to do with the grip module. Take off the grip module, and check the play to the FCU - should be the same.

Moreover, put on any other grip module. You'll feel the same play.

You need to understand that the way the P320 rides on the rails is not the same as other pistols; it rides on the bottom of the rails, not the top, and the intrinsic accuracy isn't impacted by that fact. You'll note that if you dry fire without the magazine, the slide pulls down in the rear as the sear presses on, and releases the striker. This does not occur with a magazine in the pistol, especially a loaded magazine with rounds pressing the slide upward where it normally rides.

What counts for accuracy isn't pressing and pulling and shaking the slide, but where the slide and barrel lock up and where they're pointed at the time of ignition. The slide will return to the same place each time. You can press it and move it, but when you let go, it returns to the same place, where is the place it exists when the striker hits the primer and the round discharges. With the barrel in the same place in the slide, accuracy comes down to the barrel itself and the round, and then any abberation thereof, the shooter.

You're not going to have any of the P320 models lock up tighter than a drum so far as slide play. It won't happen, nor is it supposed to.
