I love my M&P in 9mm. However I know of one person who has been getting the run around with his gun that fails to operate properly. It seems S & W customer service drops off sharply at the border. The problem for S & W is the rather annoyed and vocal customer is the owner of the biggest firearm forum in Canada with 30,000+ members, this will not help their rep. The cost of making a polymer gun is peanuts, a problem gun should be replaced upon the 2nd return.
