Well, lets just say ... my wife knows where the bug-out case is...

Here there is no failure, only varied degrees of success!

All this talk about "Sig Steel" and not much mention of the smallest offering! Here's my all stainless P238 HD (with nickel finish). I love the additional weight on this little guy as recoil is so greatly diminished. What about the rumors? Is a P938 in all steel going to make a showing?

Only steel Sigs for me. Two stainless steel and one with the alloy frame. One day may have to give the P365 a try just for the ease of carry.

gundog, I have a 365 and it is a nice light gun
with a good trigger; but if you get one, buy one
of recent manufacture, so all fixes have been
done!

I was a die-hard SIGaholic...P226, P229, P239, P220. Then i picked up a G19, then a G30

Now I'm back with my new (to me) P245 as my EDC

Also picked up a P320 Carry...eyeballing a P365 or G48

We're still hear but probably not as vocal since tupperware framed pistols rule these days. Love all steel pistols, and if given the option to buy a handgun with a steel frame that is presently offered with only a polymer frame, I'd take the steel one every day of the week. That's just me though. Having said all this, my steel SIGs are: P210-2, P226SL, P229(this one's a 40 S&W) and lastly P232SL. Always wished SIG/SAUER had made all German P220 and P225 with steel frames. IIRC some SAO P220s were made but I like the conventional SA/DA set-up.

Full stainless, except the super match with black alloy frame. I also recently bought a 320sc and a 365. Great for carry, but can’t hang with the stainless.

I’ve been asking that question for years. Hoping that it’s announced at next year’s SHOT (like several previous shows) but I have greater faith in Exeter producing more rainbow colored Sigs than something that makes sense.

I'm an old school guy. I have a few Glocks, and they excel at what they do, but I tend to view polymer guns as tools. Whereas, IMO the older metal frame guns are more appealing to enthusiasts because they have more character and "soul".

Heck, same goes for rifles. I would much rather spend a day at the range shooting old rifles with wood and blued steel than any of the modern variety.

My current nightstand pistol is a S&W 5906. These things get very little love. You can buy one all day long for around $350 in good condition and you'd be very hard pressed to find a better made pistol by any manufacturer. Of course, it's a tank at around 40 oz unloaded.

My only Sig pistol is a P226 stainless 9mm DA/SA. That's my typical daily carry gun.

Cuz there’s nothing to talk about. Wicked accurate, wicked reliable, but kind of boring. Haven’t been the least bit tempted to look at a plastic Sig. HK has taken care of my plastic urges.

All steel here, but maybe one day will procure a striker fired Sig.

My recent Sig purchases have been 239s and an older 220. We are still here.Thinking about reducing some of my striker fired inventory.

Well Sigs aren’t “steel” per se, except the SL or ST all stainless models.
Not a fan of aluminum frames, I accept polymer befor aluminum.

Polymer has steel rails.

Anyhow, I love steel and I love Glocks Smile

I wouldn’t say that I’m a die hard Steel Sig guy, but there is something magical about the steel framed Sigs.

While I do like polymer pistols, I just haven’t gotten into the newer Sig offerings due to my over protective nanny state.
