The bill made it out of the committee, but still has to make it through the House, and then the Senate.


I suppose you could say also not really true, you could get them through the DCM "back in the day". But that was another age and another country as it were.

Based on some of the conversations I've had with the average gun owner I'd be changing recoil and firing pin springs before trusting a used pistol for anything serious.
