Well obviously you can do whatever you want, but it seems a bit odd that in 118 pages of rambling you decided to zap those posts.

It was a silly tangent and had no place in the thread. I found it annoying and deleted it.

Running the site has its perks.
As it should.. Big Grin

One always hears about drinking the Glock kool-aid referring to Glock supporters.
Well, I drank the anti-Glock kool-aid for years and I'm finally coming around to being unbiased and trying the Glock again.
I sold my P229 SAS and I'll be buying a G19 sooner than later.. Wink

The amount of time and effort to run and manage a site as big as this one has to be a real challenge. Tough job for such few Admins and Mods. I commend you sirs.

Darn this thread. I renewed my GSSF and I am going to get a 23 Gen4 when my coupon gets here. Smile

IIRC, a couple or one of my posts got blitzed, too.

Sorry Para.

My ass is stinging, but the flog was no doubt warranted.

Now, as luck would have it, I spent a part of the day skiing the mountains around here, and the little G19 accompanied.

Which is a shameless way of promoting the gun. I keep thinking a 26 would be fun to get, tho really, a 26's worth of ammo would be better.

Might get the 26 anyhow. I've never shot one, but it just looks right, and it is a 9x19...

Apparently this IS true. Just got back from the LGS where I came across a lightly used G27 in dark earth tupperware. This thread immediately came to mind and at that point resistance was futile and I was assimilated. So now I gots one.

I had to sell my perfect functioning Glock 19 Gen4 to come up with this month rent while having a job lined up for next month. Damn me for being a poor college student. It was either between my Sig P226 or/and Colt 6920 =(

I am glockoholic. No more Sigs in my collection- traded P239 in 40S&W for G19.
Traded my used to be favorite CZ-PCR for G17 today. That is my third Glock.
The first one was G26.
Together with my three Kahrs (read micro Glocks) these are the best pistols for me to carry and shoot. All in 9mm.

I have some Gen 3 Glocks that have been rock solid but feared getting a Gen 4. This was due to all the negative crap circulating about the Gen 4's.

Since, I have picked up a Gen 4 Glock 17,19 and 23. All run like a raped ape !!

Sigs and HK's are great also but Glocks can't be beat for the $$$.

I think you'd enjoy a 26 and put it to good use. Excellent little gun and surprisingly accurate. In fact, the G26 EXO (FailZero finish) may be just the thing for your environment (ice, snow etc).
