I went down yesterday and picked it up.

Very cool, will look great next to my Green Box M9 and U Serial# P226 Navy.

Started the process for the challenge coin and COA last night.

Is your slide a diff color then the frame? I picked mine up tonight and the slide is much darker then the frame. From the videos I have seen, they looked to be the same color or very similar

Tualum I would say it is a different shade. I would describe it as more bronze than the plastic frame.

I am not a huge fan of this color, if I bought a SCAR I would buy a black specimen as a result....

But this is supposedly what they are issuing with some delta to the inner part corrosion treatment.

Hope this helps.

I agree. My slide and small components are a very dark bronzesque type color. My take down lever almost looks like it was soaked in dirty oil.

I don't know if it makes any difference to you guys, but I was over at the S&W website last night and their FDEs seem to have the same problem. I wonder if they consider it tacti-chic or just haven't gotten their dye shades down?

I heard it described as "Delta Point Pro cut, as specified by the US Army Spec".

This is per the Sig M17 video on the Sig website.

I was thinking the same thing. I can pick mine up Saturday after 1pm, but since I have other obligations, it may not be until Sunday. I’ll post a pic of mine.

Found a deal on GB for 3 17rd Sig factory mags at $32 each, and NDZ Performance has aluminum FDE base plates. Don’t know how long it will be for Sig to get around to offering them, let lone the 21 rounders.

Is there a way to upload photos from your phone? All I see is how to attach them
Via URL, and I don’t want to upload them to Dropbox or anything like that.
