The owners manual for the P238-P938 states: 9.3 Elevation (Up/Down) Adjustment There are different height combinations available for the front and rear sights. The sights are numbered according to their height. You can change elevation by changing either the rear or front sight. It’s easier if you change the rear sight first.
I can not find anything that remotely looks like an elevation adjustment screw for front or rear sights. Is this standard on all P238s?

They are fixed sights. "Changing the sight" does not mean adjusting it, it means swapping to a different height sight. There should be a number on the sight you have. This article from Real Gun Reviews explains the SIG sight numbering system.

On the 238 and 938 there are two different numbered sights:a #6 and a # 8. One is taller than the other. Rear# 8. Front# 6 The numbers are stamped into the Side of the sight, and can be seen with a magnifying glass and bright flashlight. That is made to hold directly on the target

To raise POI change REAR sight to # 6 To lower POI changer front sight to #8
I think I have that right, but if there is a gunsmith in the house check that.
