Dont know right off hand the model number of the sleave. I purchased it in the 99 for a USP 40. I dont know if it was USP specific or just a general one. I will check the site.
I think it is the handall full size for Glock or USP. If you have small hands you might want the small grip with this. However, it works fine for me.
BTW what is this info about the 250 45 full size you mentioned.

Re. the 45 conversion. I called Sig today andf they *stated with no hesitation* the one fire control module works with ALL calibers. The 40 conversion should be out "within a month."
Sgt dave, that price on a 9,40, or 357 kit is quite high; but can't publish a quote here, due to MAP! Could always call or email me for a quote, if interested?
Had an interesting chat with "higher up" at Sig about ordering kits. Just because he kinda liked the idea, doesn't mean it will happen; but thought I'd ask what you thought? To keep their inventory simple, I suggested they kept kits to one sku/stock number per kit, pricing them to include grip module as they do now. However, what comes in kits now would be "medium" sized grip! Customer would have to order "large" or "small" separately, at additional charge, making Sig happy, but not you! Customer would have their choice of large, medium, or small? Sig would probably want dealers to stock all 3 sizes for all kits which would shift logistical concern to them? Maybe "medium" should stay in kit with right of consumer to do a "one time exchange" for just postage for correct size? Sig could have a problem doing that, as well? Any thoughts?
Jerry, personally, if I ordered a caliber conversion kit, say a forty, I wouldn't want an extra grip with the kit. I already have the grip for my nine, so the extra grip is superfluous. And even though I have medium-sized hands, I like the small grip better. I can understand the need to try to keep inventory simple, but selling only the medium grip with a cal conversion kit kinda defeats the purpose of modularity.

Just keep the price $50 cheaper and leave out the grip. The only "conversion" that would need it would be the 45 (because you cant get different size ones now or probably ever). I know sig would then lose $50 on a part that cost 10cent to make but hey dont advertize modularity then.
This is all academic since we fail to have seen any of these kits.

Jerry - I'd actually prefer something in the opposite direction. My local range has the 3 grip display and I've handled all three. I would, ideally, order the pistol new with only the small grip.
Otherwise, I have to tack an extra $40 - $50 on to the price of a pistol that is already at the high end for polymers (compared to something that comes with adjustable grip panels from the factory).
koga, price wouldn't be $50 less likely; but understand your point! Might be an idea for grip not to be included, reduce price, and let customer just get grip module from Sig, if needed?
Hey Scrappy, nice to hear from you! Very worthwhile suggestion to just be able to order new gun with grip you want; but that still does complicate inventory considerations for Sig and/or dealer to stock different sizes.
Interchangeable grip backstraps would be a great idea on this gun especially, as there is no concern over a mainspring in the grip. Who knows, maybe a consideration for the future. Perhaps even different palm swells like the HK P30s too.

Sox, hi neighbor, I'm just next door in Marietta! now discontinued 2022's had interchangable backstraps included. Doubtful that Sig will do that again, due to "modular" construction of 250; but you never know with them?
