I'm stocked deep. In everything. Only one I've counted is the 22,000+ rounds of 5.56.

9mm -Craploads
.45 - in the low craploads
12 ga deep and cheap
.22 ammo cans and cans full
.308 - last I checked I stopped counting at 5600. That doesn't include the cheap Pakistani linked stuff in wooden crates.

Minimal .38

The last crisis I gave away some boxes and battle packs of 7.62/.308 to the less fortunate. It didn't make a dent in my stockpile that I could see. I got caught by the last .22 crisis not long back with not enough (maybe 2 bricks) I was just taking .22 for granted. Made me very nervous, so when it became plentiful again I stocked up on that as well.

I went shooting .22 a few days back with a new target rifle, such a blast to shoot, and stopped at Cabellas to replenish on the way back. The prices seemed high and there was less stock than normal so I didn't buy any. This too will pass as we all know so well. I'll let the folks in Philly who have no laws buy it up for now. They need it worse than me.

Jesus I can’t imagine how much ammo you’d have if you would have bought a single round of ammo each time congress did something stupid much less 1000 rounds. I am picturing the Great Pyramid of Giza only made from ammo. Smile

I have 5k rounds of 556.
1k rounds of 40/357 sig.
3k rounds of 9mm.
10K rounds of 22lr.
500 rounds of 308.
500 rounds of 6.5cm.
64 rolls of Charmin ultra soft.

I am desperately short of 300 blackout. Can't find it anywhere. Maybe 100 rounds total...

I have been buying a box or two every paycheck since the Obama days...

I had 6,000 rounds of 9mm and ordered another 4,000 on Saturday and Sunday.

Congrats on hoarding. You are like the the 300-lb Karens in Walmart who run everything up on their credit card so they deplete supply for everyone/everything else. Kudos.

*sigh* Turning what should be a non-issue into an issue, resulting in things like this, from sgammo's site: "Due to overwhelming order volume over the past week we are not currently accepting new orders."

Can't even see their catalog at this point, and all I want is a few measly boxes of 10mm for break-in and test.

All this will, naturally, provoke the scalpers into action, again, and they'll start buying up everything in sight and selling it at gun shows for 100% or better markup.

Fucking wonderful.

I may have to just retire my shiny new 10mm to the safe until the stupidity is over with

I can send you a couple boxes of range-grade 10MM at cost. I rarely shoot that caliber. Shoot me an email if you want some. Cheers.

More rounds of ammo than squares of toilet paper. A few years back I was talking with another gun "nut" at the hospital where we worked and he commented about the primers he had. I thought he was hoarding until I went home and counted up how many I have, plus the powder, brass, and bullets, and then there is the stockpile of lead for casting.

Thanks to sage advice from Sigforum years ago, Ive enough ammo and loaded mags that news of ammo hoarding never even caused an eyebrow to be raised.

Is that enough?

I used to keep an inventory in my man cave, but got tired of the comments from my wife about how much ammo I buy. So no more lists - Outta sight, outta mind.

I got caught with a minimal supply a few years back when you couldn't find .380. So I remedied that once the stock returned. I'm good with the rest.

I have lots of ammo. A couple of years ago CA announced new laws that would make online ammo purchases an impractical proposition. Before they went into effect I stocked up on ammo – big time. My heirs will probably have to figure out what to do with the rest of it.

Thanks, FishOn! Wow, are SF members great or what? Smile

I ordered a half-case of WWB on-line yesterday. It'll take forever and a day to get here, but I should be good.

Went on a little road trip to Phoenix yesterday and saw lines of people waiting outside gun shops.
Went to a nice little shop that caters to precision rifle shooting supplies and they had plenty of stock. More boutique type stuff. But in a pinch even at the height of the previous panic premium.22 was still available. I picked up 6 boxes of various premium ammo to test for maximal accuracy as my stash of an old exceptionally good lot of CCI standard is down to under 3 bricks

Never enough, but this is the first time I have felt I'm ok on ammo or reloading supplies when a buying frenzy happens.

Now that I think of it I could use 10k more primers Big Grin
