The Glock model 40 would have to be chambered in .22LR, obviously.

Even being blue label, that's more in line with where I figured it would be. Thanks.

The Gen 4 G41 should sell for the same as a Gen 4 G34/G35 which is in the $600 neighborhood before tax.

If it's reliable, they will sell. They may be late to the party but if it works they might just be the king of the party. It may not be what we all wanted, but the market is there. If I can't get my wife to carry 9mm I'd feel better knowing she had a Glock of some type rather than some of the other brands out there.

That does not look like it would be difficult to port up to 9mm. It looks biggish for a .380 anyway.

Who's to say that Glock won't follow in a year or two with the 9x19 and .40 versions we're all waiting on?

Looks similar in size to a Kahr PM9, too. Curious how many mags will come with it.

It appears to have the texture of the gen 4 frame. Possibly 3 mags if they follow suit of the gen 4s.

It looks like a locked breech...if that's the case, outer dimensions might not have to change much (if at all) to make a 9mm version.

I suspect that is already in the pipeline, but I will still grab a 42 when they are available.

It will be interesting if it uses the double spring recoil . MG
