Alaska vs. Arkansas? Alaska all the way.

Yes, I love the yearly 'flare up' of this topic. Always good for a couple grins!

Revolver versus Semi-Auto? What, no derringer or AOW? That's discriminatory.

Caliber? Everyone knows that energy weapons are the way to go.

Open versus Concealed? Why not both? Carry an AR openly and conceal a Krinkov... at the same time.

I don't waste my time on those nit picky equipment wars.

Give me an old fashioned hand grenade every time. Don't have to screw with training at the range, worrying about accuracy standards, reloading, ammo costs, etc.

If unable to access the real thing, substitutes can be improvised. I shot a scandium J-frame .357 Mag several years ago. Not fun. Simply weld barrel closed and jerry-rig a delayed fire mechanism. If threatened, pull trigger, throw gun and run. Just like a grenade.

A prayer before, during or after the deployment of the device is optional. God bless...

I'd say that what has really happened to these topics, is that a number have been settled, and the rest are personal preference that doesn't make a difference. Almost all of them are akin to telling someone else whether or not they should put ice in their own scotch.

Akimbo open israeli appendix carry is the only way I tote my Taurus Judges.

One can do whatever he wants, for all I care they can put a frozen yogurt in their scotch, but there is not much to debate about this though.

My point, is that telling someone they can't put ice in the scotch they are drinking, or that they should, are both rude things to do. Which one is correct, or whether either is, is irrelevant.

Bottom line, people should mind their damn business, from scotch, to guns, lawn furniture, hairstyles, you name it. Lots of right ways to go on living.

Folks have to learn, or perhaps re-learn, that they can share ideas with someone, and that someone need not agree or adopt those ideas. Regardless of their merit.

Situation awareness is defined as a continuous extraction of environmental information, integration of this information with previous knowledge to form a coherent mental picture in directing further perception and anticipating future events. Simply put, situational awareness mean knowing what is going on around you.
