I'll probably be picking up a Gen 5 MOS soon...just too tempting. I realized that I have an old Docter Optic sitting in my parts bin that's never been used on anything.

Will it work with the Glock MOS cut? The sight is probably at least 10 years old. I got it used from a member hear long ago.

Ideally I'd dive in with an RMR or something, but I've got a miniature reflex sitting around already, so why not start there.

It should. MOS comes with adaptor plates to fit the following sights.

IIRC Vortex uses the Docter Optic pattern mount, so this video is topical...

Had a problem with the Doctor optic as the "hood." Kept falling off, expensive to replace. Upgraded to RMR which is much better.
