I have a SIG P226 West German with an SRT factory installed and AEP work done. I've owned a number of P226 that were stock, and to varying degrees they all had decent to great trigger pulls. With rounds fired the actions will improve somewhat on their own but there is a noticeable improvement in the smoothness of the DA trigger pull in the AEP SIG. I'm certain that there are better, and likely more expensive, action jobs available. I had the opportunity to shoot a Gray Guns P239 with their action job and it really had a nice trigger pull. But, if one was going to have work done by the factory or concerned about the cost of action work, the SIG factory AEP isn't a bad way to go.
