Has anyone shot one of these? I am really looking for a range report and how it compares to the P239 in size and weight. I am going to buy a new carry gun in the next two weeks and have narrowed it down to a 9mm in: P239, HK 2000sk, or the new P250 Sub-compact.

I can find plenty of info on the first 2 guns but not much info on the P250 Sub. Any feedback would be appreciated.

There have been quite enough here in Atlanta. I got one. No pic. The coolest thing I did was to take my small P250 frame and dremel the front rail flush with the subcompact slide. I now have a "SSV" if you will or short slide version. Too cool.

How does the size compare to a P239? I have seen barrel lengths listed from 3 inches to 3.5" and widths from 1.1" to 1.4". If I buy one it will will probably be ordered as none of my local gun shops have one or know when they could get one.

Will the higher capacity standard magazine fit in the subcompact (and just be long)? I was hoping Sig would make them like the XD subcompacts and allow the higher capacity mags to work in the subcompact.

Yes they are real--I have seen and handled them in our local miami gunshows @ $525--but not as small or as desirable as the sig catalog pic shows--actually hard to tell the dif without being held side-by-side---slide is still the same exact thickness!! yes-the standard 15/16 rd mags fit and function--just stick out a bit

Someone actually posted a gunbroker pic of it in a thread not that long ago... I'll see if I can find it.

And I have one that I purchased from Tom @ TGS. Took it to the range last weekend and fired 300 rounds thru it. 100 115gr Blazer Alum, 100 Federal 115gr BPLE +P+ & 100 Federal 124gr HST's. No failures of any kind. 3" accurate @ 15 yards for me. Estimate trigger pull at 6#. Trigger pull is quite a bit less than my compact 250. Comes with the small frame -- that's all that is available currently. My medium sized hands were too large for this frame so I put a Limbsaver grip sleeve on it and remedied the situation. Gun comes with one mag and additional mags are not yet available. On my to-buy list are a few extra mags and the medium sized frame, once available. Bought it as a "truck gun" and am happy so far with the result.

Thanks for the reply's. A truck gun and occasional conceal carry is what I am looking for. I have been on the Top Gun Supply web site daily looking at the p250 SC or the P239. Tom, I will order one of them soon just can not make up my mind on which one. The 239 is so highly spoke of, by most everyone who has shot it, but I just get all warm and fussy with a 12 round magazine, and the idea of having the 16 round mags for range use.

Can anyone show a pic with the 239 and 250SC side by side?

There are also some 20 round full size mags floating around. I have seen a few on gunbroker. The only problem is they are preproduction mags and I don't know if we will see any more. The new full size 9mm comes with 17 round mags. Thanks to the LEA's that don't want their officers carrying 20 round mags. Hopefully they will eventially get back to the 20's.

Bump to the top in case anyone can show this. I'm curious myself.
