Does anyone have knowledge of SIG making a 10mm P220 with the Spartan finish?

While not a Spartan, there is a Tan/Bronze PVD emperor scorpion P220 10MM.

I don't particularly like the 220 emperor. But I will bet it is good to go. I just like nitron or stainless, like blued or stainless.

I've got one of the Lipseys Emperor guns , as I wanted std nite sights. The finish doesn't photograph well. It IS more of a gold than a pink.

Just got it back yesterday from Robert Burke down in TX. Had him install a standard steel trigger as the OE trigger was that stupid short, super curved trigger. Scrapes the side of your trigger finger under recoil.

Had him also install the QTR trigger system as I like a short reset. And do a carry level action job.

Trigger is very smooth, light DA and the SA is more like a 1911's now. VERY happy with his work. This is the 2nd gun I sent to him, previously he went over an X-5 for me.

But, that said...The 220 in 10mm is a joy to shoot. Accurate with very tolerable recoil. The all steel, 5" gun IS heavy though.
