Hey guys, I was just wondering if any of y'all have had any experience with the various dual-action replacement recoil springs out there like this one: http://www.efkfiredragon.com/p...l.php?prod=SS22940DA I am just curious as to whether or not these things actually do what they say, or are they just a pain or waste of money?

I have one for my P220, doesn't work well. Spring very hard and I have to use +p ammo just to get it work the slide back far enough to load another round.

Recoil springs are simply junk.
