Yes. Bought a couple from Top Gun. Good magazines. They've got that polymer baseplate that makes it easy to slap them home securely, but adds almost a cartridge-width to the height of the pistol during carry. My stock Kimber 8-rounders are flush with the bottom of the grip, in comparison. No performance problems with them, though. And the price was good.
Yes. I used 4 mec-gar 7 rd 1911 mags in my Colt 1991A1. Great mags. I also used Several 8 rd Wilson Combat mags. Never had any problems. I preferred the Wilsons over the Mec-Gars.
