I believe CAA does make a Micro RONI conversion for the Sig P320. The one I have for Glocks will house a G17 or G19, so I'm guessing the Sig version will hold the fullsize and compact 320s, so the M18 should fit. This is, however, just speculation on my part.

There is a Micro Roni for the P320 Full Size/Compact. But it is not compatible with P320s with thumb safeties, including the M17/M18.
