I have 2 lowers and 2 braces
9mm Colt Pattern
Large Frame Glock Pattern will be 10mm

Also have a SB PDW and a SB3 brace.
Which would you use for which.

PDW = 9mm
SBA3 = 10mm

10mil definitely has a more linear kick back
