Can an M&P Shield with a safety be converted to a non-safety?

If you install the Hyve trigger it makes the safety inoperable. The gun still shoots fine but you can’t activate the safety.

Yes it can. Also if you email S&W they will send you a plug to fill the area that the safety took up.

I actually havent gotten around to plugging mine but you probably should. It runs just fine without though.

I would think you'd be better off selling off the safety version, and buying the non-safety version.
