I got emailed a survey today concerning my previous rebate submission. It looks like Sig is feeling for new department sales.

How did you hear about the First Responder Rebate Program?
Did you receive a rebate, or were you contacted that your purchase did not qualify?
What is the name, state, and size of the agency you work for?
What weapons and calibers does your agency issue?
What weapons and calibers does your agency authorize you to carry?
What weapon do you currently carry on duty?
Are you an armorer? Are you the contact person for firearms for your agency? If not, please advise the name of a person who handles the purchase of your weapons.
Is there anything you would like to see in the future development of SigSauer firearms?

Got both my rebate check and the questionnaire yesterday and I most definitly gave Sigforum the credit. Lets see if they're listening.
