Has anyone received their rebate?

I bought an M17 and a 320 in January and February of this year. Each was part of the $50 rebate program. I submitted my information by the deadline, but have received nothing back. My status said "processing" for many months and now says "no records found". WTF?

Call customer service. They should have the approval code.

Mine was processed within a month. I'd call for sure.

I called CS because of the same issue with two rebates. After having me check my spam folder they issued me my two codes.
